Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through course procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of golf carts, equipment, and common areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with tee time management, reservations, and processing cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Enforce safety protocols including manual handling procedures, heavy lifting guidelines, and outdoor safety measures
- Support event management activities such as tournaments or group outings by coordinating logistics and guest needs
- Provide basic first aid or CPR in case of minor injuries or emergencies on-site
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations
- Experience in event venue management or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
- Knowledge of safety protocols including manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work safety standards
- Experience working with children or in recreational settings adds value to guest interactions
- Conflict management skills to address guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
- First aid certification or lifeguard experience preferred for emergency response readiness
- Background in retail sales or food service enhances ability to upsell amenities or services
- Familiarity with resort or outdoor recreation environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and outdoor activity participation
