Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) Uncapped Commission

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, making outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities. This position offers uncapped commission potential that rewards your proactive outreach and persuasive communication. Your primary goal is to identify and qualify leads and book demos — paving the way for our sales team to close deals and expand our customer base.

What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses, building rapport and uncovering their needs
- Communicate the value of our SaaS/technology solution clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads against our target customer profile and book demos for our sales team
- Work from leads we provide — you never have to source your own
- Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM we provide (Salesforce-style platform; we'll train you on it)
- Stay consistent with your call volume and hit your booking targets
This is a pure cold-calling role — no account management and no closing required. You focus on what you do best: getting businesses on the phone and setting appointments.
Compensation — Get Paid for Performance
- $100 per booked demo
- $400–$1,200 per closed deal
There's no cap. The more you book — and the more of those that close — the more you make.
Growth Path
Strong performers can move up to a Closer role — running demos yourself and earning significantly more per deal. We promote from within, and this role is the on-ramp.

Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B outbound calling preferred — but hustle and consistency matter most
- Strong objection-handling skills; able to handle pushback confidently and professionally
- Comfortable using CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent (we'll get you up to speed on ours)
- Excellent verbal communication in English — persuasive, energetic, and clear
- Knowledge of technology or SaaS sales is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying proactive
- Based in the Philadelphia / Greater NJ area
