Responsibilities:
We are in need of skilled breakfast and line cooks to work the opening shift, afternoon and PM shift.
Are you an early bird? AM shift starts at 3:00am to 11:00am. The rest of your day free! PM shifts are also.
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the development and planning of menus
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist with catering events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook in the food industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
