Position Overview
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support our field operations. Laborers will assist in site clean-up, landscaping, and debris removal tasks across various job sites. This is a physically demanding role suited for individuals who take pride in keeping job sites safe, clean, and market-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine job site clean-up, including garage sweeps, trash pickup, raking property faces, and magnet sweeps
- Operate basic tools and equipment such as rakes, brooms, shovels, magnets, and wheelbarrows
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and debris into roll-off dumpsters
- Follow site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Assist with light landscaping and debris sorting
- Support skid steer and grapple truck operations as needed
- Report equipment issues or job site hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent AMASA Logistics with respect and integrity
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or site clean-up preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Must follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
