American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with ARRT registration and 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital Radiation Therapy department.

Day shift, 8 hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

13-week contract

Active ARRT registration

Current BLS/CPR certification

Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience

Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required

High school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Experience with Elekta linear accelerator is a plus

SSN and DOB required for consideration

1 professional reference required for consideration

License required if applicable

Prepare and apply ionizing radiation in accordance with Radiation Oncologist prescriptions and departmental protocols

Operate Radiation Oncology equipment including CT simulator, linear accelerator, QA dosimeters, and diode systems

Accurately deliver prescribed planned courses of radiation therapy with minimal supervision

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
