Company Overview
At Espinoza's Enterprises, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to every client we work with. Our team is the backbone of that commitment — and we're looking for someone ready to grow with us.
About the Role
This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one. You'll be supporting daily operations while being a key point of contact for our clients — so if you're naturally warm, organized, and thrive in a people-facing environment, this role is for you.
We're not just looking for someone to answer phones and file paperwork. We want someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, isn't afraid to follow up, and can juggle multiple tasks without losing their composure or their smile.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service to Espinoza's Enterprises clients — in person, over the phone, and via written communication
- Following up with clients proactively to ensure their needs are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Supporting scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for team members
- Performing clerical tasks: data entry, filing, document preparation, and office correspondence
- Assisting various departments with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment for optimal day-to-day efficiency
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented office environment
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish — this is a must; you'll be serving a Spanish-speaking clientele daily
- People-first attitude — you feel comfortable talking to clients, building rapport, and making them feel heard and taken care of
- Sales and service oriented — you understand that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty
- Strong follow-through — you don't let things slip; you follow up, check in, and close the loop
- Multitasker — you can handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing your attention to detail
- Eager to learn — you don't need to know everything on day one; you just need to want to grow
- Organized and detail-oriented — files, data, schedules — you keep things in order
- Team player — you support your colleagues and communicate clearly and kindly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration is a plus
