Position Summary
Looking for suitable candidates to run pulverizers, briquetting machines, boilers, and furnaces
Primary Responsibilities
· Adjust and monitor key parameters in specific equipment
· Collaborate with plant engineers and technical staff during commissioning and optimization phase of the production line
· Follow all safety, environmental, and quality protocols throughout shift operations

Equipment and Process Details
· PLC and HMI systems with pre-programmed recipes; operators will adjust parameters
· Operating Boilers, Briquetting Machines, Pulverizers, and Furnaces
· Training provided by on-site automation engineer for PLC operation and system diagnostics

Qualifications
Required:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial process equipment
· Experience with digital interfaces (HMI/PLC) and the ability to follow technical procedures
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended shifts
· Strong attention to detail, documentation, and safety awareness
Preferred:
· Experience with briquetting, compaction, or powder processing equipment
· Familiarity with Siemens or other PLC/HMI systems
· Prior experience in carbon, coal, cement, mining, or industrial processing environments
