We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members to join our Assembly team. This is an entry-level position—no advanced experience required. If you show up, take pride in your work, and enjoy working with your hands, we’d love to talk to you.
This role supports a variety of assembly functions including product assembly, inspection, packaging, and general production support.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products by hand and with basic tools
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality
- Package completed items for shipment or inventory
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Identify and flag defects or production issues
- Follow production schedules and meet daily goals
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required—we’ll train the right person)
- Comfortable working with your hands and using basic tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and processes

Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production floor setting
- Shift time: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Hands-on, active role (standing, moving, using tools throughout the shift)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
