About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in ensuring operational continuity by maintaining complex production systems. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of high-output manufacturing machinery.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs, including welding, plumbing, and component replacement, to restore equipment functionality.

Perform preventive maintenance and major overhauls on production assets to extend equipment lifespan and reliability.

Diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems to maintain peak production efficiency.

Maintain facility infrastructure and grounds, ensuring all systems meet operational standards.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and time logs within the digital maintenance management system.

Uphold rigorous safety and 6S housekeeping standards, ensuring a secure environment for all team members and contractors.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, VFDs, and industrial motors.

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machining tools.

Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced industrial environment.

Experience with CNC equipment, extrusion machinery, and conveyor system maintenance.

Advanced knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and HVAC troubleshooting.
