Operations Project Manager
Full Time | Monday–Friday | In Office
We're a fast growing South Florida company specializing in residential and commercial property services. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while coordinating multiple projects, field teams, vendors, and clients every day.
We're looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to help lead our daily operations and keep projects moving from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring every project stays organized, on schedule, and on track.
This is not a traditional construction project management role. Instead, we're seeking a strong operational leader who can oversee multiple moving parts, coordinate teams, and drive execution in a fast paced service environment.
What You'll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Oversee the day to day workflow of multiple active projects.
- Coordinate office staff, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects move efficiently through every phase.
- Remove roadblocks and proactively solve operational challenges.
Project Oversight
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Keep leadership informed on project status and priorities.
- Ensure documentation, scheduling, and communication remain organized.
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout every project.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and hold team members accountable.
- Foster a positive, solutions oriented work environment.
- Help improve internal systems and operational processes.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development as the company grows.
Client Experience
- Ensure clients receive timely communication and exceptional service.
- Help resolve escalated concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships through organization, transparency, and follow through.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold others accountable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes.
- Ability to make decisions confidently in a fast paced environment.
- Experience coordinating field teams or service based businesses is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Pay: $50,124.93 - $69,999.91 per year
