Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Programmatic to join our Biddable Media team. The Senior Associate role is expected to demonstrate proficient understanding of programmatic activation, campaign types, media formats and measurement foundations. These skills will be applied to support healthcare and pharmaceutical client goals through participation in programmatic planning, campaign development, optimization, stewardship and reporting.

The Sr. Associate, Programmatic, plays an essential role on our team, for both clients and internal team members alike by supporting day-to-day campaign management, optimization, reporting, QA and financial stewardship while learning how programmatic strategy is developed and applied across healthcare and pharmaceutical client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires a foundational understanding of push and pull marketing tactics, and The role requires a foundational understanding of programmatic activation and exposure to DSPs or health-specific programmatic platforms such as DeepIntent, PulsePoint, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP or similar platforms. These skills will be crucial in supporting the following operations:
- Planning: Support landscape, competitor and trend research used to inform broader programmatic recommendations. Develop an understanding of how audience strategy, inventory, data partners, formats and market dynamics influence programmatic planning.
- Development: Support campaign setup and QA by working with in-platform settings, audience segments, creative trafficking, pixels/tags, budget inputs, pacing trackers and reporting exports. Learn agency and industry best practices that support accurate programmatic activation and campaign readiness.
- Optimization: Support recurring campaign optimizations by reviewing pacing, delivery, frequency, inventory, placement, audience, creative and performance trends. Execute approved updates and flag potential opportunities or issues to Managers and Supervisors.
- Stewardship: Support senior team members with planned and ad hoc client communication materials, including status updates, performance notes and follow-up items. Help keep campaign documentation, budget trackers, monthly actuals, invoice details and pacing materials organized and up to date
- Reporting: Support reporting and analysis by performing accurate data pulls, building formulas, formatting figures and helping identify early performance insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting, building, optimizing and/or reporting on programmatic campaigns, with exposure to one or more DSPs or programmatic platforms, such as:
- DeepIntent
- PulsePoint
- The Trade Desk
- DV360
- Amazon DSP
- Yahoo DSP
Exposure to display, OLV and/or CTV campaign setup, optimization or reporting is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical programmatic campaigns and reporting dashboards or measurement solutions is a plus, including:
- Tableau, Power BI, Datorama or similar reporting platforms
Crossix, IQVIA, DeepIntent Outcomes or similar measurement solutions
Exposure to additional programmatic formats or environments, such as audio, digital out-of-home, EHR or point-of-care, is a plus.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, etc.)
- Understanding of programmatic, digital display, video/OLV, CTV and broader media elements
- Analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated spirit
- An ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability and comfort working with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience a plus

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
