Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist, or Aesthetic Technician** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and wellness, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to client satisfaction. You will perform a variety of skin and body treatments and provide exceptional service in a calming and professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide a wide range of services including facials, body treatments, massages, waxing, and other aesthetic treatments including but not limited to: lash applicatio, laser tech.
- Customize skincare treatments based on clients' skin type, concerns, and goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in skincare and wellness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare products, routines, and aftercare to maximize the effectiveness of their treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a supportive work environment.
- Promote spa services, packages, and products to enhance the client experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Must hold a valid license as an Esthetician, Massage Therapist, or Aesthetic Technician certifications
- Must be available Tuesday-Friday 9a-2pm
- Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, body treatments, and massage therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and professional attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a spa or medical aesthetic environment is preferred but not required.
