Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Tower Hands and Foremen to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and related equipment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work at heights while performing various technical tasks.
Duties
- Perform installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment including antennas, cabling, and other components on towers.
- Operate bucket trucks and perform bucket operations for high-altitude work.
- Execute rigging tasks to safely lift and position heavy equipment.
- Collaborate with field service teams to troubleshoot issues related to high voltage, low voltage, and telecommunication systems.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations while climbing towers and working at heights.
- Assist in welding tasks as needed for structural repairs or modifications.
- Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Skills
- Proficient in high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Experience with fiber splicing techniques.
- Knowledge of 4G/LTE, 5G, and 3G technologies.
- Familiarity with rigging practices for safe equipment handling.
- Strong climbing skills with the ability to work at significant heights.
- Experience in field service operations within the telecommunications sector.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and effectively.

Pay: $25.26 - $38.00 per hour
