EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
An employee in this position is a member of the Joinder's clerical staff and is assigned to provide clerical and front-desk coverage at both the Williamsport and Lock Haven office locations on an intermittent, as-needed basis. This position provides clerical and front-desk support to ensure consistent office operations and maintain coverage during periods when full-time staff are unavailable.This is an intermittent position with no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week. The employee must maintain availability and flexibility to provide coverage at either office location when requested. This position will be supervised by the Joinder Executive Assistant.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Part-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.This is an intermittent position. Hours subject to change based upon coverage needs. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
