What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll support individuals in a residential setting by helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Depending on the shift and needs of the home, responsibilities may include:
- Providing compassionate support and supervision
- Assisting with routines and personal care as needed
- Supporting health, safety, and documentation requirements
- Building positive relationships with the people we serve
- Helping individuals maintain independence and dignity
