Deck Contractor Needed – Southern, MD
We are looking for an experienced Deck Contractor to partner with our growing construction company on residential deck projects throughout Southern MD.
Requirements:
- Must have an established crew/team capable of completing deck projects.
- Must have general liability insurance (workers' compensation insurance if applicable).
- Must have EIN.
- Must provide your own tools, equipment, and transportation.
- Experience building wood and composite decks.
- Ability to read plans and build to local building codes.
- Must produce high-quality workmanship and maintain a professional job site.
- Reliable communication and ability to meet project schedules.
- Fluent in English.
