Position Overview:
As a Production Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment assembling, labeling, sorting, packaging, and inspecting small products. This is a piece-rate position, meaning the faster you work, the more you can earn!
Pay & Schedule:
- Training wage during the first two weeks.
- Piece-rate pay — potential to earn up to $18.00 per hour!
- Part-time shifts:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Full-time shift:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Essential Functions:
- Perform hand and arm manipulation to assemble, label, sort, inspect, and package small products.
- Maintain quality and meet production rate standards.
- Operate department machinery safely and per supervisor instructions.
- Complete manual work such as disassembly, collation, and other tasks needed to complete contract jobs.
- Stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Bend, twist, stoop, push, and pull as needed throughout the shift.
- Safely use compactors, balers, and hand pallet jacks as trained.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Accurately complete personal production sheets.
- Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
