As a AT&T Retail Team Member, you’ll work directly with customers in store locations, assisting them with device selection, explaining plan features, and providing follow‑up support. - Deliver customer-first service by assisting with new wireless line activations, account maintenance, and mobile plan modifications inside a sales environment.
- Encourage customer engagement by creating sales interactions that focus on convenience, mobile connectivity, and personalized AT&T wireless solutions.
- Help maintain an organized and customer-ready environment by supporting sales efforts and staying informed on current AT&T product offerings.
- Drive store performance by contributing to customer retention efforts, supporting promotional initiatives, and helping achieve sales targets.
