About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role — not strategy-only.
You will:

Run and scale Google Ads campaigns

Manage social media engagement and content execution

Improve SEO and organic visibility

Continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance

What You’ll Own1. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)-
Manage campaigns across:

Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance

Write and test high-converting ad copy

Optimize key metrics:

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting

Identify and implement performance improvements
2. Social Media Execution & Engagement-
Manage engagement across:

Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions

Support:

3. SEO & Organic Growth-
Conduct keyword research using tools like:
