- Base Salary: $230,000-$250,000 (depending on experience and schedule)

- Full-scope primary + urgent care: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care across all ages, from preventive visits to same-day acute needs.

Evaluate, diagnose, treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.

Treatment & follow-up: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care.

Tech-enabled documentation: Chart visits in the EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives.

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Licensure: Active New York State physician (MD/DO) license.

Residency: Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control.

FMCSA Certification: Required within the first 3 months (for CDL/DOT exams).
