Job Overview
We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys working with children and values collaboration, flexibility, and growth.
The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support direct treatment sessions, implementation of therapy plans, and caregiver collaboration across clinic and community settings.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising OTs
- Provide therapy in clinic and/or home/community settings
- Support children with:
- Fine motor and visual-motor skills
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Self-care and daily living skills
- Collaborate with OTs, families, and team members to support carryover
- Document sessions in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current COTA license in California
- Minimum 1 yr Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in neuro-affirming and relationship-based practice
