At ISCO, quality isn’t a checkpoint—it’s a promise. In this role, you will drive consistent quality by establishing and enforcing ISCO’s quality requirements, validating processes, documenting results, verifying supplied materials, testing finished products, and helping train employees.
- Collaborate with ISCO management and teams to implement and validate quality processes and procedures that sustain high performance.
- Execute testing on products requested by internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Support control of M&TE calibration records and status.
- Maintain documentation that underpins process validation and product verification.
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Trade qualification or equivalent knowledge, education, and experience.
- Business-level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to understand and operate basic product testing equipment.
- Read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Prepare clear reports and business correspondence.
- Present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Perform calculations including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Apply basic algebra and geometry.
- Use practical problem-solving strategies.
- Interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Occasional climbing/balancing; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Frequent standing and walking; regular sitting; frequent hand use to finger, handle, or feel.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Frequent work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
