Registered Dietician/Certified Diabetes Educator
$2500 Sign on Bonus
Full-time Opportunity - Monday - Friday - No Weekends/No Call
This individual would work with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to help improve patient outcomes. Must be able to work with a diverse patient population, providing nutritional counseling for weight control, disease management and educating patients on chronic diseases, such as diabetes. Individual will also be involved in planning, developing and implementing individual and group education for patients and their families.
The ideal candidate would be a Registered Dietitian, Registered Diabetic Educator, with previous experience teaching patients on the importance of nutrition. Must have great customer service skills with the ability to be flexible with your work schedule to meet the needs of our patients.
