Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, results-focused consultations, identifying patient concerns, goals, and long-term treatment strategies
- Develop and present customized, multi-treatment plans designed to deliver optimal aesthetic outcomes
- Build trust-based relationships that drive retention, referrals, and lifetime patient value
- Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, and different laser services.
- Educate patients and recommend medical-grade skincare products
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill development
- Participate in events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive new patient acquisition
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and treatment innovations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Active Aesthetician License within Colorado
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical-aesthetic or laser-focused practice
- Certification to perform Laser services
- Experience with hormonal acne (preferred)
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Passion for skincare and patient education
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
