We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations efficiently
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing activities within project timelines
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces
- Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as fixture installation and minor carpentry tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems knowledge, and basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on construction sites with varied conditions
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components as well as familiarity with remodeling and assembly tasks
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is a plus for site transportation needs
- Prior experience in construction site environments with a focus on safety and efficiency
