West Valley Cleanup Alliance is the prime contractor selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to manage the Phase 1B Deactivation & Demolition Contract at the West Valley Demonstration Project site. The site is a scenic 30-minute drive south of Buffalo, New York. In cooperation with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, West Valley Demonstration Project continues to decontaminate and decommission facilities at this site.

Performs complex and diverse administrative assignments within a functional specialty. Possesses considerable knowledge of the job. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general and detailed aspects of the job, and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Establishes own priorities and schedules and, without management review, answers questions and resolves administrative problems.

High School education or equivalent.

Minimum of four (4) years of related experience.

May guide lower classified employees in group or department in procedures, standards, and company organization. May establish work priorities of other employees in group or department.

Works under minimal supervision for all but new or unusual assignments. Establishes own work schedule and priorities.

Must obtain and maintain DOE access authorization.
