Duties
- Supervise and manage spa staff, ensuring all team members provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in customer service and treatment protocols.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to ensure all products are available for services.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, employee records, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Develop promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Address client concerns or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
