Overview:
Smartscaping is seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborer to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
As a Landscape Laborer, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of residential and commercial landscapes throughout the Houston Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, weed eating, mulching, and cleanup
- Plant, prune, fertilize, and maintain landscape beds and turf areas
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
- Assist with irrigation, hardscape, and property improvement projects
- Follow crew leader instructions and complete work efficiently and safely
- Maintain clean job sites, equipment, and company vehicles
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions as part of a fast-paced crew
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of commercial landscaping/construction experience preferred
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
- No Criminal Background history (Felonies)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
