Key Responsibilities
This is a physically active role located within a fast-paced distribution environment. Your primary duty will be:
- Stacking bags of ice onto pallets for shipment.
- Ensuring stacks are secure and organized for transport.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual labor.
- Reliable transportation to the York, PA area.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Salary & Work Schedule :
Phase 1 : Temp-to-Hire (First 180 Days)
- 4-Day Week (Mon–Thu, 7AM–5PM): $500/week
- 5-Day Week (Mon–Fri): $600/week
- Expectation: 100% punctuality. This phase evaluates your reliability and character for a permanent role.
Phase 2: Permanent Placement (After 180 Days)
Status: Full-Time Employee
- Base Pay: $17.50/hour
- Overtime: $26.25/hour (after 40 hours)
- Bonuses: Eligible for performance and efficiency incentives.
- Location: C&S Wholesale Grocers (4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406)
