We’re Seeking an Experienced Lab Technician!
At Hybridge, every restoration we create helps someone eat, smile, and live with greater confidence. We're looking for an experienced Dental Lab Technician who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional work.
As part of our laboratory team, you'll help fabricate and finish high-quality full-arch restorations while working alongside experienced professionals who share a commitment to excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Lab Manager, you will:
- Review and interpret prescriptions for anatomy and shade requirements.
- Contour, finish, characterize, and polish full-arch restorations.
- Evaluate fit, function, and occlusion using articulators and bite tables.
- Produce consistent, high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
- Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for an experienced dental laboratory technician who is confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) credential preferred, but not required.
Work Environment:
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced laboratory. Team members should be comfortable working around laboratory equipment, moderate noise, and airborne particles while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
