Overview
RiverVista is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to help expand our presence and strengthen partnerships in the Columbus, OH region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building connections, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the company in the local business community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and community organizations
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support company growth
- Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, networking events, and presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business development relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners
- Track outreach activity, leads, and partnership performance using CRM tools
- Represent RiverVista at community events, meetings, and industry functions
- Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support strategic planning
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or community outreach
- Must be 21 or older
- Comfortable with networking and public-facing engagement
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Experience working in healthcare, social services, staffing, or community-based organizations
- Established local network in the greater Columbus area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
