About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure the operational readiness of a diverse fleet of machinery. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance through precise diagnostics, proactive repairs, and the application of advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive maintenance and complex repairs on heavy machinery, aerial lifts, and diesel-powered systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Utilize digital diagnostic tools and tablets to accurately track service intervals, manage work orders, and document all technical interventions.

Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement effective corrective actions.

Collaborate with team members to mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge to elevate overall shop productivity.

Qualifications-
Proven experience as a military mechanic or technician with a strong foundation in heavy equipment maintenance.
