Position Overview
This internship provides students or recent graduates with practical exposure to finance, accounting, legal compliance, contract management, and corporate operations. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects that contribute to the company's success.
Finance Intern Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Conduct financial research and assist with special projects.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.
Legal Intern Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing, organizing, and maintaining contracts.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research.
- Support compliance initiatives and policy updates.
- Prepare legal summaries and documentation.
- Help track contract renewals and important deadlines.
- Assist with corporate governance and administrative legal tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Law (JD or Pre-Law)
- Legal Studies
- Or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or leadership experience.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and legal research tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Interest in corporate finance, compliance, or business law.
