About the Role
West Village Lofts is seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaning personnel to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other designated spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
- Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available - flexible scheduling
Requirements
- Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
