We’re Seeking a part-time driven Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist with excellent leadership and problem solving abilities to join our team in Lexington, Ky.
Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, will be highly organized with basic office and accounting skills, proactive with a solid understanding of scheduling actions, adjusting routes and prioritizing all customer service calls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize all service calls and manage daily workflow of all field technicians
- Field incoming calls working with customers to schedule appointments
- Prepare daily work and run schedules
- Manage customer data including: work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
- Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from technicians, supervisors
- Assist with accounting duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Office accounting experience and clerical skills preferred
- Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred Experience: Good customer service skills in regards to communication & customer sales in these fields. Dynamic phone presence a must!
