VZW Communications Group is accepting applications for a Verizon Customer Service Representative position dedicated to the Verizon Communications campaign. As a professional services and consulting firm, we require an individual capable of executing targeted field marketing initiatives, articulating product value propositions, and maintaining the high professional standards associated with the Verizon brand.
As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the success of the Verizon Communications campaign by promoting high-speed internet and phone services to residential and commercial customers, providing accurate information, and supporting enrollment processes. You will operate within a formal consulting environment focused on strategic execution and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions of the Customer Service Representative Role
- Communicate Verizon’s service offerings across door-to-door campaigns and promotional settings with clarity, consistency, and adherence to campaign messaging standards.
- Present product features, bundled packages, and current promotions to help customers identify solutions that meet their residential or business needs.
- Respond to customer service-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating unresolved or complex issues through designated support channels.
- Capture customer feedback, accurately document qualified leads, and maintain accurate records of interactions using approved CRM and mobile platforms to support campaign tracking.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and conduct that reflects Verizon’s brand identity and public-facing expectations.
- Participate in scheduled Verizon Customer Service Representative training sessions to stay informed on Verizon’s evolving product portfolio, promotional updates, and outreach protocols.
What we are looking for in the Verizon Customer Service Representative Role
- Experience in customer service, retail, promotional outreach, or event coordination is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication and interpersonal engagement, with the ability to convey product information clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable operating in high-traffic, customer-facing environments such as activations, door-to-door, promotional setups, and branded events.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
