About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational continuity of our manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading complex electrical systems. You will serve as a technical expert, leveraging your expertise in high-voltage circuits and control systems to minimize downtime and enhance infrastructure reliability.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, MCCs, and busducts.

Perform rigorous inspections and testing of electrical components to proactively identify hazards and ensure system integrity.

Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to guide the layout and installation of industrial equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to restore system functionality efficiently.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of critical power systems, including generators and UPS units.

Provide rapid response to emergency electrical situations, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel on-site.

Maintain precise service documentation and compliance records, adhering strictly to OSHA lock-out/tag-out protocols.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a trade or vocational program.

Current Journeyman Electrician license with a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in high-voltage three-phase circuits, electrical theory, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in varied positions.

Master Electrician License.

Proven experience in building and commissioning complex control panels.

Strong leadership capabilities for guiding troubleshooting efforts and emergency repairs.

Experience managing large-scale power distribution and data network installations.
