Bilingual Service Coordinator (Recruiter)

Forge Industrial Staffing in Grand Rapids is currently seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator for an opening at our 28th Street location. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Requirements of the Bilingual Service Coordinator (Recruiter):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Dynamic customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, etc.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Service Coordinator (Recruiter):
- Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Some flexibility required)
- Recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for client needs
- Conduct phone-based pre-screening to evaluate candidate suitability
- Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs
- Assist in verifying credentials, checking references, background checks, and client testing
- Schedule interviews and debrief candidates before and after interviews
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering on commitments
- Perform all duties in conformance with safety, security, and company standards
