Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression during night hours
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations, inquiries, or directions
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information through the night audit process
- Address guest needs promptly by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensuring guest relations are prioritized
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property during your shift
- Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns with calm professionalism and effective problem-solving skills
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or motel setting is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service background with good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and hospitality expertise
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations is advantageous
- Experience working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment is desirable
