Derby Health & Rehab is looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance and minor repairs
- Drywall patching, texture matching, and painting
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Facility and grounds upkeep
- Responding to maintenance and safety needs
Qualifications
- Maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Painting and drywall experience highly preferred
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
