This position is available to a highly self-motivated person who can adjust to the changing environment of commercial construction.
- Apply elastomeric, silicone and paint coatings to roofs and other surfaces using spraying equipment and techniques.
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly before coating application, ensuring proper cleaning, priming and masking as necessary.
- Some metal work ( z bar, scuppers etc.)
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain and report issues with equipment, trucks, crew etc.
