A plastics manufacturing company in Monticello is hiring Production Assemblers for temp-to-hire openings on 2nd and 3rd shift. No previous assembly experience is required.
In this role, you’ll help assemble and check plastic molded parts used in automotive products. This is a good fit if you want hands-on production work, full-time hours, and the chance to be hired on.
Schedules include:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Production Assembler duties may include:
- Assemble plastic molded parts
- Inspect parts for quality
- Trim, sort, or package parts as needed
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow production and safety instructions
Production Assembler Requirements:
- Able to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Comfortable doing hands-on production work
- Able to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance
