Covey Security is hiring a Full-Time Armed Field Supervisor to support multiple client sites throughout the Phoenix area.
This is a mobile leadership position where you'll respond to open shifts, conduct site inspections, mentor security officers, and ensure our teams maintain the highest standards of professionalism and performance.
- Clear path to Operations Manager and other leadership roles
- Gain hands-on supervisory experience across multiple locations
- Work directly with company leadership
- Dynamic field-based position—no sitting at one post all day
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-time schedule
- Cover call-offs and open shifts as needed
- Conduct site inspections and coach security officers
- Respond to incidents and support field operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations
- Maintain a visible, professional leadership presence
- Active Arizona Armed Guard Card (required)
- Minimum one (1) year of security experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience preferred
- Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example
