Have you recruited CDL drivers using Facebook/Meta, Indeed, TikTok, Google, or other online lead sources?
We’re building a new CDL recruiting and driver lead-management platform and are looking for experienced CDL recruiters to help us make sure we’re building it around how recruiting actually works.
This is paid contract/project work with the potential for additional recruiting or advisory work as we grow.
What You’ll Help With
You’ll work directly with our team to review and improve how we think about:
- Generating CDL driver leads
- Managing leads from Facebook/Meta, Indeed, TikTok, job boards and other sources
- Pre-qualifying drivers
- Calling and texting inbound leads
- Moving candidates from lead to application, orientation and hire
- Using ATS, CRM and recruiting systems
- Identifying where good driver leads get lost
We’re not looking for a technology expert.
We want someone who has actually recruited drivers and knows what works in the real world.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on CDL driver recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers for a carrier, fleet, staffing company or recruiting agency
- Direct experience working with driver leads from sources such as Facebook/Meta, Indeed, TikTok, Google or CDL job boards
- Experience calling, texting and qualifying driver leads
- Familiarity with systems such as Tenstreet, DriverReach or other recruiting/ATS tools is a plus
- Comfortable giving candid feedback on what works, what doesn’t, and what recruiters actually need
The Opportunity
The initial project will involve working with our team to review our recruiting and lead-management approach and provide feedback based on your real-world experience.
We are also evaluating recruiters who may be interested in future contract recruiting opportunities as the business grows.
