Assistant General Manager is a full-time, hands on management leadership role. Responsible for store-level profitability, the AGM controls daily operations, brand standards, develops a team that uses our processes to drives sales, push local marketing, and carries out our high level customer service standards.
This is a unique position as we are looking for someone who can become the GM and fulfill the requirement that would eventually lead to taking over as the Owner-Operator-Franchisee for Mr Jims Pizza after proving they can run the store as a Mr Jims Pizza GM.
This person must have a fairly clean MVR, vehicle, insurance, and a cell phone. Availability must include most Fridays and Weekends.
