Sieve is the only AI research company focused exclusively on video data infrastructure and video intelligence. Their thesis: video training data quality is one of the largest constraints in frontier AI model development. Sieve partners with frontier AI labs and Fortune 100 enterprise customers, operating exabyte-scale video infrastructure with a team of approximately 15. Series A backed by Matrix Partners, Swift Ventures, Y Combinator, and AI Grant.
This is a founding operations and product role focused on building and scaling the core data operations that power AI systems. This is a high-ownership position working directly with leadership to define strategy, build processes, and scale infrastructure in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. You will own projects end to end with full accountability for execution and outcomes.

Own and execute core operational initiatives supporting engineering and product teams

Build and scale data operations including sourcing strategies and partnerships with content providers

Develop and manage human-in-the-loop workflows including workforce building and quality assurance processes

Create scalable systems for data acquisition, validation, and delivery to support AI training needs

Identify and implement new methods for sourcing high-quality datasets

Work cross-functionally with engineering and leadership to translate business needs into operational systems

Contribute directly to company strategy and long-term operational direction

Bachelor's degree in computer science
