Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and warmth
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor
- Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize property management system to handle reservations, billing, and guest profiles seamlessly
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and quick response during incidents or crises
- Maintain effective phone etiquette and manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate internal communications
Skills
- Extensive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in hotel operations and guest services
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Proficiency in property management software and hotel management systems
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and customer service excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
