Automotive General Service Technician / Entry-Level Mechanic
Location: Richardson, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | No Weekends
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Training: ASE certification available

We’re looking for an Automotive General Service Technician / State Inspector who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, professional shop that truly values its team. State Inspector License and certification is required. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Support the shop’s vehicle inspection process by assisting with underhood, mid-rise, and high-rise inspections
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and scheduled maintenance
- Assist with brake services and undercar repairs including suspension and steering components
- Perform Texas State Vehicle Safety Inspections
- Follow shop procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to keep workflow efficient and organized
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Training & Development
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities and mentorship from experienced technicians
- Continue developing your technical skills and certifications
