Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU position requiring ICU background, Epic proficiency, and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.

Details

Hospital-based Neuro ICU setting
Patient population includes both ICU and IMC acuity levels
Neurosurgery patient cases are part of the unit's scope
Day and night shifts available: days 7:00–19:30 and nights 19:00–7:30 (3x12-hour shifts)
Every other weekend rotation required
Some holiday coverage required

Requirements

Active WI or compact RN license currently in hand
Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum ICU nursing experience required
Neurosurgery experience preferred
Epic EMR experience required
Must pass a Telemetry test prior to start

Additional Information

Telemetry competency test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin the assignment
Must be comfortable caring for both ICU and IMC patient populations
