As a concrete finisher at our Dane, Wisconsin location you will:
- Complete hard trowel finishing of garages, basements, and stoops
- Assist with all aspects of exterior set up, including setting up steps
- Handle exterior edging for jobs
- Manage tool jointing during both layout and installation
- Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
- Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets

Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6 or more months of concrete finishing experience
- Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work outside in all conditions
- Willing and able to drive to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of Dane, WI
- Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly
Daily Tasks:
- Be aware of and allow all safety policies
- Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
- Maintain site organization and clean up
- Assist with training new crew members and finishers
- Assist with all aspects of exterior setup
- Exterior edging
- Tool jointing during both layout and installation
- Complete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 1200 sq ft
- Complete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1600 sq ft
- Set up steps
- Complete hard trowel finishing on stoops up to 150 sq ft
- Other duties as assigned
